I love what is real + simple + truly fulfilling, but it’s been a journey to get here. Through my struggle with chronic inflammation, brain fog, and ever-increasing sensitivities to foods and products, I was forced to face the ugly truth of how toxic our beauty, home products, and foods really are. This reality sent me on a journey to change the way I was living to heal, not just my body, but mind and soul too.
