A great little hack I recommend is to get a good stainless steel or glass water bottle. I like the 40-ounce size because I can fill it when I leave the house, and it lasts me all day. I always start and end my day with drinking water which ensures I get the proper amount. If I don’t carry my water with me, chances are I won’t drink enough throughout the day. Just do it and your skin will thank you!
The latest trend in taking good care of your skin as you age is with ancestral skin care. While it is an up-and-coming trend, ancestral skin care is rooted in the products and ways of our ancestors. This way of skincare is far from outdated or innovative. These methods are tried and true and have worked for thousands of years to reverse aging and cure skin issues such as eczema and acne.
